Out-Of-Network Benefits

If you choose an optician who is not part of the VSP network, you will receive:

• A set allowance that can be used toward an eye examination
• A set allowance that can be used toward glasses or contact lenses*
• A set allowance that can be used toward laser vision correction instead of glasses*
• You will not receive any discounts when choosing an out-of-network provider
• Payment is required at time of service
• Members must submit claims within 6 months for reimbursement
